1. In a Bootcamp session You have a personal trainer motivating you throughout your session which makes you work harder than you would on your own. In the gym too many people work out in their comfort zone and don’t push themselves enough to really get results. In most gyms the fitness trainers sit at a desk reading the paper or playing with their I-phone.
2. It’s Fun and sociable
Bootcamp sessions are great fun and you train in a group with other like minded people. The group motivate each other and there is a real feeling of camaraderie. Sometimes there are team games or challenges which bring another dimension to the bootcamp sessions too. Most people find gym workouts boring and don’t look forward to exercising. If you enjoy the exercise you do you are far more likely to keep at it and get results.
3. Bootcamps are more effective than normal gym workouts.
The high intensity interval based training which works all your major muscles in a variety of different ways is the best type of exercise to burn calories and get a fit toned body fast! Low intensity long duration cardio like doing 30 mins or more on treadmills and cross trainers just don’t work nearly as well as a thirty minute intense bootcamp session.
